Strip The Willow Kinlochard Ceilidh Band CD

Welcome to the ceilidh! In this album the Kinlochard Ceilidh band start with a dance favourite, particularly with the younger set ‘Strip The Willow’, but this time, in true ceilidh style. The band give you a chance to catch your breath between dances and listen to the playing of the younger members of the band and their guests. The band includes three young fiddle players all from Aberfoyle and all medal winners at the Mod, two excellent clarsach (Celtic harp) players from Callander and Achiltubuie respectively, and contributions from the producer, Brian McAlpine on keyboards and studio engineer, Dave Scott on guitar.
